We had a full system (11 kW) installed last year. It was commissioned in May, 2018. Since then, my power bills have dropped dramatically. Most months, I am only paying for the connection fee. The system has mostly been problem free, with the exception of a ground fault caused by a squirrel chewed wire. TB Solar was great. They completed the job in three days, and the system has worked fine (except for the chewed wire) since then. They were out within 24 hours and repaired the wire at no charge as well. They stand behind their work!

After a year an a half of research and not sure what I wanted to do Tampa Bay Solar was recommended to me. Ben (Sales Manager) showed up to my home at the scheduled time and spoke with confidence and all facts. Ben explained to me how the process would work and also guaranteed that Tampa Bay Solar will not do any work if the homeowner is not 100% happy with it. The day of installation the crew met every expectation I had. The installation crew made sure to check with me (the homeowner) with every decision that was made from panel placement on the roof to installation of the internet connection for my system. I am 100% happy with Tampa Bay Solar and recommend them to EVERYONE in the area. I may even be going back for more panels in the near future!

It was great working with them. Ben Alexander happened by our house one day, and we set a date to meet with him. He answered all of our questions and then more later as they came to us. They offered to install earlier than promised. The installers were nice, professional, and courteous, cleaning up after themselves. They explained the equipment to us and showed us what to do after the electric company swapped the meter. We love watching the app and seeing how much energy we are producing.
